The Kaulig Foundation

Mission
We support public charity 501(c)(3) organizations in northeast Ohio that promote the educational, physical, and emotional well-being of children and their families.
Purpose
The Kaulig Foundation is a private family foundation in northeast Ohio established in 2019 by Matt and Lisa Kaulig. The foundation serves as the grantmaking vehicle for our charitable giving efforts. We support, provide, and nurture by awarding grants for programs and projects of outstanding nonprofit organizations that are tax-exempt public charities in northeast Ohio serving children and families. We gauge the effectiveness of all programs and projects funded by the Kaulig Foundation and support exemplary work.
Work
The Kaulig Foundation provides grants on a quarterly basis to public charities in northeast Ohio whose work centers on the well-being of children and their families. We believe that providing opportunities to all children and nurturing their physical and emotional well-being will positively impact our communities most. We accomplish this work by supporting and partnering with effective nonprofit organizations that meet our requirements.

Samantha’s Gift of Hope is a monetary award for those a part of Pinnacle Fertility 100% Success Guarantee Plan in the Northeast Ohio office locations.

We support healthcare organizations caring for and healing children as well as finding solutions for childhood ailments.

We provide comfort, care, and safety to children and families in need throughout Northeast Ohio through our unwavering support of many local public charities.
Nurture
We nurture the hopes, dreams, and potential of children through education, athletics, and the arts through our comprehensive giving efforts.

Eligibility Requirements
If you are seeking a grant from The Kaulig Foundation, applicants must be tax-exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and classified as public charities. We award grants to nonprofits whose programs and projects focus on the well-being of children and their families.

Grant Application Process
Grants are reviewed by and awarded from the Kaulig Foundation on a quarterly basis. Grant-seekers must submit an application through the online portal. Please note if your organization does not qualify for a grant from the Kaulig Foundation, you are seeking support for an event, or your organization’s mission falls outside the Kaulig Foundation’s mission and purpose, your organization or program may qualify for support through Kaulig Giving.
