Paul Martin

Paul is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Kaulig Companies and serves as a Board Member of the Kaulig Foundation. As CFO for Kaulig Companies, Paul’s primary responsibilities include the management and oversight of the financial reporting, financial planning, and strategic opportunities for all the companies in the Kaulig brand.

Prior to joining Kaulig Companies, Paul was a tax partner at Apple Growth Partners, a regional CPA firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. While there, Paul worked with large, private companies and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and consulted on strategic planning, complex tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, and wealth management planning. Paul graduated from John Carroll University with his BSBA in Accounting and MBA degrees. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Paul serves as a board member for the Kaulig Foundation and is involved with numerous charities. Having volunteered for various nonprofit organizations, Paul strongly believes in giving back to the local community. He recognizes that it is the responsibility of companies and individuals alike to lend support, both monetary and non-monetary, to help meaningful nonprofits flourish. Paul envisions Kaulig Giving continuing to grow its charitable impact and legacy year by year through sustained and growing support of the well-being of children and families in Northeast Ohio.

Paul lives in Hudson with his wife, Jane, and their two children, Elizabeth and Andrew. In his spare time, Paul enjoys golfing, attending sporting events and concerts, and spending time with his family and friends.
